Ciudad Juárez.- Los módulos de cobro del Impuesto Predial que se ubican en diversos centros comerciales de la localidad, van a continuar abiertos hasta este sábado 30 de diciembre para recibir los pagos de contribuyentes que acudan de última hora a cubrir sus adeudos, con los descuentos establecidos en recargos del 2016 y años anteriores.
Óscar Castañeda Gaytán, director de Ingresos del Municipio, dijo que los módulos volverán a abrirse a partir del 2 de enero del 2018, pero ya sin la aplicación de los descuentos que todavía están vigentes este mes, para comenzar a recibir también el gravamen correspondiente al siguiente año.
El funcionario recordó que el año entrante se mantiene la tabla del cobro del Impuesto Predial en las mismas condiciones actuales, sin aumentos.
Recordó que otro lugar en donde los contribuyentes pueden realizar sus pagos de este impuesto es en las cajas de la Dirección General de Tránsito, en el bulevar Óscar Flores y Teófilo Borunda, al sur de la ciudad, en horario de 9 de la mañana a 3 de la tarde y este viernes a partir de las 8.
En lo que se refiere a las de Catastro y de la Unidad Administrativa Benito Juárez (Presidencia Municipal), para recibir pagos del Predial del 2017 y anteriores, hasta este viernes, en horario de 8 de la mañana a 3 de la tarde.
Aclaró que el pago correspondiente a este año aún no genera recargos por ello no está incluido dentro de los descuentos de hasta el 100 por ciento que si se aplica a adeudos del 2016 y anteriores.
